PANTRY-REFRIGERATOR BASICS


Dry Pantry Basics:

EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
Sea Salt
Cracked black Pepper
Nutritional Yeast Flakes  
Crushed Red Pepper 
Flour
Sugar (Brown and White)
Dried Spices (basil, Italian, Cumin, Sage)
Fresh Garlic
Balsamic Vinegar
Canned Whole Tomatoes
Canned Beans (Black, White, Chickpea)
Coconut Milk
Dried Pasta
Lentils
Brown Rice

Refrigerator Basics:

Plain soy milk
Brown Eggs
Butter
Carrots
Celery
Onions
Pickles
Mayonnaise
Dijon Mustard
Ketchup
